• Approval of call and election of members to sign the protocol

• Presentation and discussion about the Academy’s general activities in 2024

• Presentation of the 2024 annual accounts

• Presentation of new members in 2025

• Elections:

  • To the Board

  • To the Election Committee

  • To the New Members Committee

Registration

The Annual Meeting is only open for members of the Polar Academy. Registration will open in February 2025.

In conjunction with the NVP Annual Meeting, a seminar will also be held. A detailed programme and further information will be published closer to the event. Keep an eye on our event page for updates.
