Currently director of research and development in ConocoPhillips Norge. Ole was behind the 1999 report that identified OLGA as one of the greatest successes on
the research front in the history of Conoco Norge. Ole has close to 40 years (39) of experience from ConocoPhillips, in a range of technical and management
positions. He has been responsible for R&D activities since 1995 in Conoco and since the merger in 2002 also in ConocoPhillips. For a period this also included
R&D in the UK.
